Soaring Dreams: Tandem Flight Experience for Children with Special Needs

On February 16, the skies above Ma On Shan were filled with joy and inspiration as five co-pilots, including children with special needs, parents and friends, experienced the freedom of flight during a Tandem Flight Experience. Organized by the AeroClub Charity Foundation, this heartwarming event showcased the power of collaboration in making dreams a reality. The initiative also partnered with Hong Kong Red Cross Princess Alexandra School, whose contributions were instrumental to the event’s success. The day was filled with excitement and wonder as each child was paired with a volunteer pilot, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the experience. For many, it was their first time soaring above the stunning landscapes of Ma On Shan, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
